Mishustin announced the work of government members during the New Year holidays

The Russian government should work without days off during the New Year holidays, which are a time of increased attention for many services. This was stated by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at the last Cabinet meeting of the current year on December 27.
"There are long New Year vacations ahead. Adults and children in our country are very fond of these holidays. During these days all families meet with friends, with loved ones, travel, but for many services it is a time of increased attention. And here the government should work without weekends," he said.
Mishustin asked the members of the government to keep the situation under control and promptly take all necessary measures.
Earlier in the day, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov took part in the all-Russian charity event "Christmas Tree of Wishes" and promised to fulfill the dreams of four children. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev will help fulfill the wishes of three more.
