A court in Moscow fined Dudya for violating the activities of a foreign agent

Tagansky district court of Moscow has brought to administrative responsibility blogger Yuri Dudya (recognized in Russia as a foreign agent) for violations of the activities of a foreign agent. This was reported on December 27 in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

"The decision of the Tagansky district court of the city of Moscow Dud Yuri Alexandrovich Dud Yuri Alexandrovich was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 4 of article 19.34 of the CAO RF," - stated in the Telegram-channel.

He was assigned a fine of 45 thousand rubles.

On April 15, 2022, the Ministry of Justice added Dudya to the list of foreign agents. On June 7 of the same year, the blogger filed a lawsuit, which was rejected.

On August 8, Dudy was fined Br40 thousand for violating the activities of a foreign agent.
