The schedule of magnetic storms for January 2025 has become known

The first magnetic storm in 2025 will hit the Earth on January 5. This is evidenced by the data published on December 27 on the website of the Laboratory of Solar Astronomy of the Institute for Space Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IKI RAS) and the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics.

According to the schedule, four days with excited magnetosphere are expected in January: 5, 10, 16 and 19 of the day. However, the disturbances will be weak and will not exceed five points.

It is specified that the forecast is made until January 23 and may change.

Earlier, on December 25, Svetlana Kuprina, therapist, doctor of ultrasound "INVITRO - Voronezh" said that the greatest sensitivity to changes in the weather have people with cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, coronary heart disease), neurological problems (migraine), endocrine disorders and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. She noted that for the period of magnetic storm it is necessary to take regular medications prescribed by the doctor, daily walks in the fresh air for at least 30-40 minutes and moderate physical activity.
