Case opened after teenagers beat up a boy in Krasnoyarsk

A criminal case on hooliganism has been opened in Krasnoyarsk over the beating of a 12-year-old boy by teenagers. The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin instructed to submit a report on the progress of the investigation to the central office of the agency.
KrasnoyarskMedia news agency specifies that the incident was first reported by local media. According to these reports, six teenagers beat the boy because of an earlier conflict. They caught up with him in the store, took him out of there and beat him up.
It is preliminary established that the relatives of one of the attackers hid him from the police.
Earlier, on December 6, it was reported about the attack of a pupil on children in the Krasnodar school. Preliminary, one of the schoolchildren loudly turned on music with a Bluetooth speaker, and the second did not appreciate this action and began to stab him. The attacker was detained. A criminal case was opened under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("negligence"). A pedagogical investigation was also organized.
