Tolik the cat from the detachment "Semenichi" of the Moscow Emergency Situations Ministry was awarded the first special rank of warrant officer of the internal service. This was reported by the department on December 27.

According to the agency, the animal over the years of service in the squad became a loyal friend and mascot of firefighters. Tolik the cat daily attends the divorce of sentries and escorts workers to the field.
