Sobyanin approved the creation of a new factory and logistics complex in Moscow

A production complex for manufacturing food equipment and a logistics complex will be erected in Moscow within the framework of the city program to stimulate job creation. They will appear in Yuzhnoe Butovo district in Molzhaninovsky district respectively, the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin reported on his official website.

Two complexes are designed for 260 workplaces. The projects will be realized at the expense of private investments. The production in Southern Butovo will occupy the area of more than 4 thousand square meters, and the logistic object in Molzhaninovsky district - more than 34,5 thousand square meters. m.

The Moscow government approved the program of stimulating the creation of places of labor application in 2019 to attract housing developers to actively build industrial, business, social, cultural and other objects important for the city. Investors who create new jobs at the same time with new buildings receive a benefit on payments to change the type of permitted use of land for residential construction.

For four years of the program implementation it has covered almost all districts of the city. At the moment, 25 objects have already been built under the program, where about 21 thousand new jobs have been created.
