Sochi airport has lifted restrictions on aircraft reception and release

Restrictions on the reception and release of aircrafts at Sochi airport have been lifted. This was announced by spokesman for the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) Artem Korenyako on December 27.

It is specified that these measures were introduced until 09:15 Moscow time.

"Temporary restrictions were introduced to ensure the safety of civil aircraft flights," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Temporary flight restrictions were imposed from 05:00 Moscow time at Sochi airport on the same day. Korenyako specified that this was done to ensure the safety of civilian flights.
