Kim Jong-un, chairman of the State Council of North Korea, presented a long-lived woman, Oh Geum Sun, with a "festive table" for her 100th birthday. The Korean Central Telegraphic Agency(KCTAK) reported on Friday, December 27.

"Senior officials of the county party committee and fellow villagers congratulated the grandmother and shared the joy with her family members," the material said.

According to the agency, the woman lives in Chhoin village of Geumya county in South Hamgyong province.

Russian President Vladimir Putin received two hunting dogs as a gift from Kim Jong-un during his visit to North Korea on June 19. On June 29, Peskov reported that the animals are already adapting in Moscow. In turn, the Russian president presented the North Korean leader with a second Aurus car. Putin presented the first Aurus to Kim Jong-un in February.

Vladimir Golubev, president of the Russian Cynological Federation, told Izvestia on June 20 that the Phunsan is a breed of indigenous hunting dogs from Korea, which requires a special approach to upbringing and training. It is not recognized by the International Cynological Federation (FCI). It is rare to hear about these dogs outside the country.
