Serbian President Vucic discussed bilateral cooperation with Zelensky

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic discussed bilateral cooperation and the possibility of future visits with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski, whose term expired on May 20, during telephone talks on December 26.
"A substantial and good conversation with the Ukrainian president on all important issues of bilateral cooperation," he wrote in a post on the social network Instagram (owned by Meta, recognized as extremist in Russia, banned).
Vucic informed that Serbia has reopened its embassy in Kiev, which should further contribute to improving relations between the states.
"We have considered the European path of our countries, as well as the possibility of more frequent bilateral visits in the future," the Serbian president added.
Earlier, on November 6, Vucic expressed hope that US President-elect Donald Trump will achieve peace in Ukraine. He emphasized that the Republican will propose and seek a solution to end the conflict. According to him, finding this solution will not be easy.
