Chelyabinsk authorities approved the layout of the site for a new housing estate in the city center

The authorities of Chelyabinsk approved the planning project of the territory in the Central District of the city along Truda Street, where the construction of a new large residential complex is planned. This is reported by Ura.ru news agency with reference to the relevant resolution.

The project of complex development of the territory will be realized on a plot of more than 2 hectares located near the zoo and "Ural Lightning". The initiators are mixed-use complex "EXE" and "Space Race", the news agency specifies.

According to the project, on the territory of 1.2 hectares a complex of apartment houses of different storeys with non-residential premises and an underground parking lot for 242 places will be built. An apartment building with a kindergarten for 73 places and an underground parking lot for 165-180 places will be built on a 0.8 hectare plot.

"To approve the documentation on the planning of the territory on Truda Street in the Central district of the city of Chelyabinsk. Consider the approved documentation on the planning of the territory as a basis for further architectural and construction design of individual objects of capital construction", - stated in the documentation.

The news agency does not give the terms of the project realization.
