In Kuban, a suspect in a double murder committed suicide

The suspect in the murder of a husband and wife in Belorechensk, Krasnodar region, committed suicide. About it on December 26 reported in the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Krasnodar region.

"Investigators together with police officers in a wooded area on the territory of the neighboring subject was found the body of the suspect, who, according to preliminary data, has settled accounts with life", - noted in the Telegram-channel.

The man's body was found in a forest belt in Adygea. Not far from the scene of the incident was found a car on which, presumably, the man was traveling.

The agency noted that they continue to investigate the case and establish all the circumstances of the incident.

Earlier, on December 17, a man killed a 23-year-old young man and a 19-year-old girl, and then set fire to a residential house and fled the scene. This was reported by the source of "Izvestia" on December 16. It is specified that the identities of the dead were established, they turned out to be a 19-year-old girl and her 23-year-old husband, who worked in the police. As indicated by the source, their bodies were found with stab wounds in the burned apartment. The attacker may have been trying to cover up the crime.
