In Sevastopol, the court sentenced a former employee of the city administration to 15 years of general regime colony, having found her guilty in a case of treason. About it on December 26 reported in the press service of the Prosecutor's office of Sevastopol.
"The court passed a guilty verdict in a criminal case against 58-year-old resident of Sevastopol - citizen of Russia Oksana Senedzhuk", - noted in Telegram-channel.
It is established that Senezhuk was recruited by an agent of the intelligence service of Ukraine.
In March 2023 in Sevastopol, the perpetrator made observation, as well as photography, after which she passed to foreign intelligence information about the deployment of ships of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.
The woman received a sentence of 15 years' imprisonment in a penal colony of general regime with restriction of freedom for 1 year, as well as a fine of 200 thousand rubles.
Earlier, on December 16, the Military Court sentenced Vasili Zharkov, accused of state treason, participation in the terrorist organization "Russian Freedom Legion" (recognized as a terrorist organization and banned in Russia) and preparation of sabotage at strategic facilities in Moscow region, to 19 years in prison. On the basis of the totality of the charges, the court sentenced him to 19 years in a strict regime colony.
