Territorial recruitment centers of Ukraine (TCC, an analogue of a military recruitment office) will start working abroad. This was announced on December 26 by the People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 9th convocation from the European Solidarity party, Nina Yuzhanina.

"I am not sure that they will not come to this," - quotes her words "Strana.ua".

Yuzhanina noted that she sees no point in creating new agencies, as there are already embassies and consulates.

The MP also hinted at a link between the creation of the national unity ministry and these "hubs" with preparations for the election. Nevertheless, she emphasized that talks about the possibility of holding them have recently become less intense.

Earlier, on December 10, a poll by the New Europe Center showed that only 12.3 percent of Ukrainians surveyed believe that the "victory plan" of Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky (whose term expired on May 20) can lead to peace. 35.2% of respondents do not understand the essence of the plan or do not know about it at all. One third of respondents (30.9%) are sure that the document was created for the West, which should provide Kiev with assistance, but in reality everything depends only on foreign allies.

Before that, on December 2, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov pointed to Ukraine's fatigue with Zelensky. In addition, Peskov noted a change of mood in European countries.
