A man was arrested in Volgograd after trying to break into a school with a knife


The court in Volgograd arrested for three days a man who tried to break into the school with a knife. This was reported on December 26 by the joint press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Volgograd region.
The man received an administrative fine for refusing to undergo medical examination for alcohol intoxication.
"Having checked the case materials, the magistrate came to the conclusion to recognize Alexander V. guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 1 of article 6.9 of the CAO RF, and imposed on him a penalty in the form of administrative arrest for three days", - noted in the Telegram-channel.
It is reported that the perpetrator refused to be examined, because the day before he used narcotic substances without a doctor's recommendation. At the same time, he also had visible signs of intoxication.
The detainee admitted guilt in the committed crime.
The incident occurred the day before. In Volgograd in Lyceum № 3 of Tractorozavodsky district an unknown man with a knife tried to enter the educational institution. On the spot were immediately sent to the site of the police patrol service and Rosgvardiya. No one was injured.
