Fifty emergency houses were demolished in Krasnoyarsk over the year

On the territory of Krasnoyarsk since the beginning of January 2024 demolished 51 houses recognized as emergency. This is reported by IA KrasnoyarskMedia with reference to the city administration.

Fifty houses in Krasnoyarsk were demolished within the framework of the implementation of the address program on resettlement of citizens from the emergency housing stock. One more house was liquidated under the contract of development of built-up areas.

The news agency specifies that the emergency buildings were located on Gagarin, Kutuzova, Kachinskaya, Nikitin, Reidova, Smolenskaya, Sverdlovskaya streets. They began to be resettled in 2022, 1248 people moved into new housing.

According to the deputy head of the city department of capital construction Sergei Shadrin, for the remaining days before the new year it is planned to complete the demolition of eight more buildings, from which 201 people were relocated. This includes the barrack at 37, Spandaryan Street.
