Repair of the bypass road near Chita will be fully completed in early 2025

The overhaul of a section of the bypass road near Chita will be completed early next year. This is reported by the press service of the regional ministry of construction, road economy and transportation.

The works are carried out on the section from the 7th to the 14th km of the road. According to the end of December, the readiness exceeds 90%. It remains to complete the installation of metal barrier fencing and apply markings.

"To date, the work on leveling and refilling of the earth bed, pavement arrangement, repair and restoration of culverts has been completed. The sidewalks in the area of the central city cemetery are equipped", - stated in the message.

In addition, three pedestrian crossings were equipped on the repaired section, and 150 meters of pavement were restored on the overpass over the Aginsky tract, IA ChitaMedia specifies.

Repair of the bypass road near Chita started in April 2024. The works are carried out within the framework of the national project "Safe Quality Roads".
