Four people killed in a double road accident on a highway in Yakutia

A passenger car collided with a truck and an SUV on a highway in Yakutia. Four people died, three more were taken to hospital.

The accident occurred in the evening of December 25 in the Gorny district. According to IA YakutiaMedia, the driver of the car Toyota Ipsum while driving on the highway "Vilyui" in the direction of Vilyuysk allowed a collision with a tractor, the driver of which stopped on the roadway to inspect the transported cargo. From the impact the foreign car was carried to the oncoming lane, where it collided with a Toyota Land Cruiser.

Four passengers in the Toyota Ipsum died before the ambulance arrived. Among the dead was a newborn baby who was in a car seat. A 37-year-old woman and her young child, who suffered a fractured collarbone and other injuries, were taken to the hospital. His condition is assessed as extremely serious. The driver received multiple bruises.

In the Krasnodar region, a Hyundai Accent passenger car drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a KamAZ truck. The driver of the foreign car died on the spot, his female passenger died in hospital.
