A competence center to help farmers has been launched in Transbaikalia


A competence center in the sphere of agriculture has been established in the Transbaikal Territory. According to the regional Ministry of Agriculture, it started working on Lermontova Street, 2, in Chita.
"We opened in Zabaikalye the Center of competence in the field of agricultural cooperation and support of farmers. The main activities of the institution will be participation in the development and implementation of state programs aimed at the development of agro-industrial complex, small and medium-sized businesses, rural cooperation", - explained the head of the department Denis Bochkarev.
As ChitaMedia IA specifies, specialists of the center will provide farmers with consulting and other services, help in solving legal, accounting and financial issues. In addition, farmers will be able to ask for help in preparing a business plan.
The competence center in Transbaikalia was created within the framework of the regional project "Acceleration of small and medium-sized enterprises" of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support of individual entrepreneurial initiative".
On December 10, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Oksana Lut said that the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia expects to ensure technological leadership of the country in the agro-industrial complex (AIC) in 12 years.
