Moscow residents carry flowers to the Azerbaijani Embassy after the crash of a passenger plane in the Kazakh city of Aktau.

A passenger plane of AZAL airline, heading on the route Baku - Grozny, crashed near the Kazakh city of Aktau on December 25. After the crash, the plane caught fire. On board, according to the list of AZAL, there were 62 passengers and five crew members. A total of 38 bodies were found at the site of the plane crash. According to the latest data, seven Russians were killed, nine survived and hospitalized. Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Kanat Bozumbayev came to the victims of the plane crash. AZAL has suspended flights from Baku to Grozny and Makhachkala until the investigation is completed.
