Russians' income from entrepreneurial activity increased in 2024

The income of Russians from entrepreneurial activity for the first nine months of 2024 reached Br5.3 trillion. This is stated in the results of a study by the Higher School of Economics (HSE), which were presented to Izvestia on December 26. This is more than it was for the same period of 2023 (Br4.4 trillion).

The total income of Russians amounted to Br75.5 trillion (against Br64.5 trillion in the first nine months of last year). Including, according to experts, increased income from property (Br6.2 trillion against Br4.4 trillion), social payments (Br13 trillion against Br12.1) and wages (Br33.2 trillion against Br27.3).

As noted in the Higher School of Economics, the growth of disposable income in real terms amounted to 8.6% in the first nine months of this year.

Earlier, December 24, it was reported that 29% of respondents in Russia called the main successful event over the past year the increase in wages. This is stated in the results of a survey of analysts of the platform hh.ru. In second place among the positive events was a new job (28%). Every fourth respondent (25%) managed to go on vacation and have a good rest.
