Khusnullin revealed details of the removal of limits on family mortgages

Limits on the state program "Family Mortgage" are almost removed. This was announced to journalists on December 26 by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

He specified that the corresponding instruction to remove the limits was given to the Ministry of Finance and credit organizations on the same day.

"If earlier there were limits between banks, they chose and waited for a new one to be given. Now as the selection - who has what application, so much they give them money," - said Khusnullin.

Earlier, on December 19, during the "Results of the year" Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the family mortgage should not have any limits. He noted that this issue was discussed with the government. At the same time, in his opinion, this program should be preserved.

In addition, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation reported on plans to introduce changes to the rules for issuing family mortgages to exclude the mechanism of limits from the program. At the same time, they specified that in December the issue of premature exhaustion of limits in some credit organizations has already been resolved. Banks issue loans within the total amount of funds under the program. Issuance is not suspended.

The Parkhomenko family, who applied to the direct line of the head of state, told "Izvestia" about the problem of obtaining a favorable family mortgage. The spouses noted that they had approvals from banks, but "the limits are constantly running out, or the banks are always changing the conditions".
