A worker died after falling down an elevator shaft in Blagoveshchensk

In Blagoveshchensk, the Investigative Committee is conducting an investigation into the death of a worker. The man died in a fall from the height of the eighth floor.

The incident occurred on December 24 in one of the apartment buildings under construction. According to PriamurMedia IA, the victim was installing plastic windows. While moving from one entrance to another, he fell into the elevator shaft.

The man died of his injuries on the spot. A criminal case was initiated for violation of safety rules during construction work.
