- Sobyanin spoke about plans to increase venture capital investment in technology companies

It is planned to double the volume of venture capital investments in technology companies by 2030, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.
"Now this indicator is equal to 49 billion rubles, and in six years it should grow to 100 billion," - wrote the mayor in his Telegram.
Sobyanin recalled that the Moscow Venture Fund was created to support technology companies. Since 2005, it has supported 137 projects and helped businesses to attract more than 6 billion rubles of investment. It has accredited more than 100 co-investor companies and business angels.
According to the information presented in Telegram of the mayor, about 80% of venture deals of the country fall on the capital.
The Fund implements three main programs: for start-up companies (loan up to 50 million rubles at 10% interest rate), for organizations in the early growth stage (loan up to 300 million rubles) and for mature firms - (loan for preparation for IPO up to 100 million rubles at 10%).
