According to preliminary data, on December 25, a resident of Gus-Khrustalny on his car deliberately drove into a house, after which he set fire to the car. Some time later, the man was detained at the scene of the crime by officers of the Rosgvardiya.

As the man himself explained, he acted on the instructions of unidentified persons with whom he communicated by phone.

"At present, in cooperation with employees of the regional FSSB and UMVD, urgent investigative actions are being carried out in the criminal case, aimed at establishing all the circumstances and causes of what happened," - said in the message of the IC, published in the Telegram-channel.
