A Ukrainian UAV has fallen on the territory of an industrial enterprise in the Kotovsky district of Volgograd Region, there are no casualties. This was reported by the Governor of the region Andrei Bocharov on December 26.

"There are no casualties, no damage to civilian and military facilities. The debris of one UAV fell on the territory of an industrial enterprise in the Kotovsky district, without affecting the main points of production and without causing a fire," Bocharov quoted the administration of the Volgograd region in his Telegram channel.

He also added that operational services are now working on the site.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the air defense forces shot down three UAVs overnight over the territory of the Volgograd region, one over the territory of the Voronezh region and one over the territory of the Belgorod region.

Ukrainian militants are trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
