The Defense Ministry showed the awarding of air defense units of the "West" grouping

On December 26, the Russian Defense Ministry published footage of the awarding of departmental decorations to servicemen of the air defense units of the all-arms army of the "West" group of troops in the zone of the special military operation.

"It is mainly unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) - "Baba Yaga" and FPV (drones. - Ed.) - that are shot down by our units. We understand the goals and objectives, what we are here for. Under the command of our commanders we are successfully coping with it (with combat tasks. - Ed.)", - said the commander of the squad with the call sign Numismat.

The command on the day of the army air defense congratulated the air defense units of the all-arms army of the "West" group of troops on their professional holiday and the coming New Year and presented awards for courage, bravery and selflessness shown in the performance of combat tasks, as well as skillful skills in managing the entrusted units. The personnel were awarded medals "Participant of the special military operation".

Immediately after the awarding, the servicemen returned to their positions for further fulfillment of combat tasks.

Earlier, on December 25, it became known that the Order of Suvorov was awarded to the main communications center of the General Staff of the Armed Forces (AF) of the Russian Federation. In addition, the central communications security control center of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Armed Forces and the central center of the field courier and postal communications were awarded diplomas of the President of Russia.

On the same day, the Defense Ministry shared footage of the presentation of state and departmental awards to the specialists of the communication troops of the all-arms army of the "West" group of troops.

Earlier, on December 24, First Deputy Head of the Russian Defense Ministry Leonid Gornin presented state awards to the participants of the SSO undergoing treatment and rehabilitation at the Central Military Clinical Hospital named after A.A. Vishnevsky. Moreover, he presented departmental medals to the officers of the hospital.

On this day, state awards were presented to Rosgvardeys participating in the SSO, as well as to military doctors of the Main Military Hospital of the department. The soldiers were also congratulated on the coming New Year, wished them recovery and handed over gifts.
