Six people were injured in a road accident in Kursk

Six people were injured in Kursk in the area of house 47 on Puchkovka Street as a result of a car collision with a public transport stop. This was reported by the UMVD of Russia in the Kursk region on December 25.

"The driver <...> allowed a collision with a public transportation stop, on which there were people. As a result of the traffic accident six people were injured, including a minor girl. All were taken to a medical institution", - stated in the message.

Quick help to the victims was able to provide thanks to a woman who was an eyewitness to the incident. She immediately called the emergency services and helped herself.

Police are investigating all the circumstances and causes of the incident.

Earlier, on December 23, two cars collided on the highway Astrakhan - Elista - Stavropol in Stavropol region, as a result of which two people were killed, and the culprit fled in an unknown direction. As a result of the accident, the driver and a passenger of a Lada Priora - a 62-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman - died.
