Deputy Prime Minister says Kazakhstan plans to investigate plane crash

If Russia and Azerbaijan express a desire to be present at the investigation of the crash of a passenger plane near Aktau, Kazakhstan sees no problem in this. This was stated by Kazakhstan's Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev on December 25, answering a question from Izvestia.
"The investigation will be conducted by law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but if our colleagues, including law enforcers, want to be present at the investigation, we see no problems," he said.
He also noted that during his visit to the hospital, almost all the victims told him that they were buckled up.
"I was in the hospital, almost all (patients. - Ed.) told me that they were buckled up. Stewards and stewardesses gave such orders: buckle up, duck your head and so on. By the way, it worked in many cases," Bozumbayev emphasized.
