In the center of the plot - the bogatyr Finist, who together with his assistant Melekha and rejuvenated Baba Yaga goes on a difficult journey to the mysterious lands of the East. Here the hero will have to realize one simple truth on his own experience: one in the field is not a warrior.

Correspondent "Izvestia" Nikolai Nikulin shared details about the movie. He specified that the main role played by actor Kirill Zaitsev, Baba Yaga played by Julia Peresild, and in the role of the faithful squire viewers will see Sergei Lavygin.

Their oriental adventures were filmed in Kazakhstan. Lavygin said that the expedition lasted 41 days.

"Longer expedition in my life was not. I was saying goodbye to my family. For a long time. I managed to feel sad and happy. We filmed the Charyn Canyon, Singing Barchan, near Almaty, somewhere in the mountains, in the steppe. We lived in different places," he said.

According to the performer of the main role, the movie shows the collision of two worlds. He cited the episode when his character first tries a banana.

"This collision was also in "The Last Bogatyr", when our world collided with the Old Russian, and here collided with the eastern. My hero does not know some fruits or oriental character," Zaitsev said.

Journalist Nikulin drew attention to the fact that no movie about bogatyrs does not do without the character of Baba Yaga. He added that it is this heroine will come to the aid of Finist at the most difficult moment for him.
