FESCO Transportation Group (part of the management circuit of Rosatom State Corporation) has set a new historical record for the volume of container fleet under management, which now amounts to more than 200 thousand TEU - 20-foot containers. The company's press service said.

"By increasing the container fleet, we first of all ensure the rhythm and speed of our export and import services. Regular growth of the fleet allows us to store sufficient runoff of containers in various locations, both in Russia and in other countries," said German Maslov, Vice President for Linear and Logistics Division of FESCO.

According to him, in 2025 the group plans to continue the program of container fleet build-up and renewal. "We have tentatively planned to build another 18,000 TEU," Maslov added.

As of the end of 2022, FESCO had about 130 thousand TEUs under management. Over the past two years, the group's container fleet has increased by more than 55%.

In 2024, the group acquired 6 thousand twenty-foot and 10 thousand forty-foot dry containers with a total capacity of 26 thousand TEU. In addition, the number of fitting platforms operated by the group reached almost 15 thousand units this year, which is also a record for FESCO.
