Dnipro mayor says serious problems after series of explosions in the city


Dnipro (which was called Dnipropetrovsk until 2016) has faced serious problems after a series of explosions in the city. This was stated by the mayor of the city Boris Filatov (included in the Russian Federation in the list of terrorists and extremists) on December 25.
"There are some serious problems. <...> I will say only one thing. If we had not prepared for the shelling, it would have been much worse," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
