According to him, in 2023 two sections of Tsvetnoy Boulevard were improved - near the metro station of the same name and Circus Nikulin. This year, specialists renovated Bolshoy, Sredny and Maly Karetny, 2nd Kolobovsky and Likhov lanes.

"The main task was to make these spaces convenient for pedestrians, while preserving the transit function," Biryukov was quoted as saying by the Moscow city news agency .

The overhead lines were removed into a 2.6 km long cable duct as part of the "Clear Sky" program. This allowed to improve the visual appearance of the space and ensure the safe operation of communications. The specialists also repaired the stormwater system.
