18 people survived in Baku-Grozny airplane crash


After the fall of Azerbaijan Airlines plane Baku - Grozny near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan, 18 people survived, they are hospitalized. This was reported by a source of "Izvestia" on December 25.
Operational staff at the scene, reported by the local edition of TengriNews, said that they were hospitalized in the Mangistau regional hospital in Aktau.
Kazakhstan's Emergency Situations Ministry said in its Telegram channel that the fire at the crash site had been extinguished.
Thedowning of the plane in Kazakhstan occurred earlier in the day. Before the crash, the board gave an emergency signal. At the scene 52 specialists and 11 units of equipment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan are working, they began to extinguish the fire. In the command center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations formed an operational headquarters.
Minister of Health of Kazakhstan Akmaral Alnazarova said that 14 ambulance crews went to the fallen airplane and the aircraft was dispatched. The preliminary cause of the crash is a collision with a flock of birds. The Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) reported that there were no organized tourists from the Russian Federation on board the plane.
