The "Journey to Christmas" festival congratulated children with special developmental needs

Santa Claus and Snow Maiden from the festival "Journey to Christmas" came to the special family center named after G.I. Rossolimo on December 23 to congratulate the children on the coming New Year and to give them presents. Actors performed a festive program for the children, the organizers said.

Animators played active games with children, sang New Year songs and gathered in a festive round dance. It did not do without a traditional tea party. The winter wizards prepared individual gifts for each child, which the children wrote about in their letters. Among them - musical or educational toys, puzzles, mosaics, art sets, constructors, headphones, smart watches, portable speaker and others.

Singer Egor Ship performed his hits for the children, and after the concert he talked to the children in a relaxed festive atmosphere. Blogger and rap singer Tim Sorokin and TV presenter Yulia Baranovskaya also came to congratulate the wards of the Rossolimo Center. They wished the children a magical New Year, answered their questions and told many interesting stories in a warm friendly atmosphere.

The G.I. Rossolimo Special Family Center is an institution where children from 0 to 18 years old with special developmental needs receive help. A team of professional specialists works with the children: teachers, doctors, psychologists, speech therapists, instructors and other staff. The premises are equipped with everything necessary for children to undergo rehabilitation: medical rooms, swimming pool, gym, classrooms, massage and dental rooms.

The festival "Journey to Christmas" is part of a large project "Winter in Moscow", which will last until February 28. The guests of the festival venues will enjoy performances, concerts, movie screenings, sports competitions, fairs, tea parties and other events.
