According to the results of 2024 sales of premium real estate in the primary market of the capital exceeded the indicators of 2023 by one third. The number of transactions this year amounted to more than 4 thousand, which is 34% more than last year.

"This year we do note an increase in the number of transactions with premium real estate, which is explained by several reasons. Firstly, more projects entered the market than in the previous year, in addition, the volume of supply in projects already under construction has increased. At the same time, developers stimulate sales through attractive terms, in particular, installment programs that allow buyers to purchase real estate and at the same time put the balance of funds on a bank deposit with a high rate. Also this year the pent-up demand of the previous year was realized. In addition, due to high inflation, part of the high-budget clients even more diversify assets in favor of real estate, "- said top broker Whitewill Ekaterina Lyovina.

At the same time, the total amount of real estate sold this year amounted to 261.5 billion rubles, which is 47% higher than last year.
