The Ukrainian armed forces shelled residential areas of the Donetsk people's republic 15 times during the day

The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in the Gorlovka direction 15 times over the past 24 hours. This was reported on December 25 by the DNR representation in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to Ukrainian War Crimes (JCCC).

It is reported that during 15 armed attacks 48 units of various ammunition were fired.

During the AFU shelling, one residential building and a civilian infrastructure object were damaged.

According to preliminary data, there were no injuries or deaths among the civilian population.

"We are pushing the enemy away from Horlivka so that they don't shell civilians."

Earlier, on December 20, the head of the DNR Denis Pushilin said that five civilians were injured as a result of the AFU attacks on the DNR.

Before that, on December 19, Pushilin called the shelling of Gorlovka by the AFU militants on the day of the direct line with Russian President Vladimir Putin a provocation.

Also on that day, the head of the DNR said that the number of injured civilians as a result of the shelling of Gorlovka had increased to nine people. According to him, if necessary, the wounded will be sent to Donetsk.

On December 10, DNR head Denis Pushilin said that attempts by Ukrainian militants to attack Horlivka have no military expediency, but they have not stopped so far.

Ukrainian militants have been shelling Russian territory, especially its new regions, on a daily basis amid the special operation to defend Donbas, which the Russian Federation announced the start of on February 24, 2022.
