First Deputy Chief of Defense Ministry Gornin presented state awards to soldiers of the National Defense Forces and military medics

Participants of a special military operation undergoing treatment and rehabilitation at the Central Military Clinical Hospital named after A.A. Vishnevsky received state awards from the hands of First Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia Leonid Gornin on December 24.

He presented more than 10 state awards, including Zhukov and "For Bravery" medals. Gornin congratulated the military on behalf of Defense Ministry head Andrei Belousov, thanked them for their courage and heroism in the performance of military duty and wished them a speedy recovery.

"Your combat experience is very much in demand both in raising the level of professional training of our servicemen and for the younger generation. I once again want to congratulate you on receiving state awards, it is actually very deserved, thank you once again for your real military feat," he emphasized.

Also, the first deputy minister awarded departmental medals to the officers of the hospital and noted that the military doctors of the institution carry out a lot of meticulous work on the treatment and recovery of wounded soldiers.

In addition, the head of the hospital, Alexander Yesipov, reported on the state of the treatment and diagnostic base and the progress in providing prompt and quality medical care to wounded servicemen. According to him, the hospital is taking all measures for the speedy recovery of the military, and the patients are receiving high-tech assistance.

Earlier in the day, state awards were presented to the Rosgvardeys participating in the SSO, as well as to military doctors of the Main Military Hospital of the department. The soldiers were also congratulated on the coming New Year, wished them recovery and handed gifts.
