Samson the giraffe will appear in the exposition of the Darwin Museum in the form of a stuffed animal

Samson, a long-lived giraffe, was made into a stuffed animal that will appear at the exposition of the Darwin Museum. This was announced by the Moscow Zoo in its Telegram channel on December 24.

"After the death of Samson, the Moscow Zoo decided to immortalize the legendary giraffe," - stated in the message.

It is noted that the giraffe was a unique representative of his species, he had a very long neck and outstanding growth, and his weight was 700 kg.

The stuffed giraffe-long-lived giraffe will be presented in the central hall on the first floor of the permanent exposition of the Darwin Museum. Every visitor will be able to look at it.

In July this year, the 30-year-old giraffe died. It was reported that he lived his last year actively, but he did not live to his 31st birthday for two weeks. Having arrived in 1994 from St. Petersburg to the capital, Samson immediately gained popularity among the zoo's visitors.
