A big theatrical show will be shown to large families with many children, students of general education and correctional schools and pupils of social institutions of Primorsky Krai. It will be the final event of the program of comprehensive support of childhood of FESCO transport group (in the management circuit of Rosatom State Corporation), said the press service of the company.

According to Pavel Shalit, Vice President for Port Division and Organizational Development of FESCO, the program is regularly supplemented with new directions in order to expand opportunities for discovering talents of young residents of the regions where the group operates.

"It has become a good tradition to organize big New Year's Eve performances based on the books published by us, where both on the stage and in the hall there are project participants: schoolchildren, large families, children left without parental attention. This year such an event will be held on December 26 in Vladivostok," he said.

Shalit added that in early 2025 the company plans to release a new book as part of the support of children's and family reading. Most of the circulation will be given to children's educational and medical organizations and libraries.

In the past year, the program was supplemented with career guidance activities for preschoolers and junior high school students. In addition, in December, the results of the fall video contest "Reading together with FESCO Children" were summed up, with more than 200 young and adult reciters of the books published by the group.

Treatment of seriously ill children in Primorsky Krai, which FESCO organizes together with Rusfond, remains an important part of the program. By December 2024, 56 children with severe and chronic diseases have already received complex high-tech medical assistance.

The project "FESCO to Children" has been implemented since 2021 and includes initiatives for comprehensive support of childhood: organization of career guidance and educational events, reprinting of books by Soviet authors, implementation of its own publishing program, cooperation with charity funds to help seriously ill children of Primorsky Krai and others.
