FPV drones hit an AFU armored personnel carrier in Kharkiv region

An FPV drone unit of the "North" group of forces has destroyed an armored personnel carrier (APC) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Kharkiv Region. Footage of objective control of the operation was published by the Russian Defense Ministry on December 24.

It is noted that the servicemen with the help of aerial reconnaissance means detected a US-made Stryker APC on a road in the Kharkiv region.

"After analyzing the intelligence received, a decision was made to fire on the enemy armored personnel carrier," the ministry said.

The Defense Ministry added that the FPV drone hit was direct and hit the AFU armored personnel carrier. The frames of objective control came in real time, they show how the drone struck the Ukrainian APC.

"We are pushing the enemy away from Horlivka so that they don't shell civilians."

Earlier, on December 22, the Russian Armed Forces (AF) destroyed an AFU armored combat vehicle (ACV) by FPV drone in the border area of the Kursk region.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the backdrop of the aggravated situation in the region.
