The court sentenced the participant of the shootout in the center of Moscow to 3.5 years in prison

Khamovnicheskiy District Court of Moscow sentenced the instigator of the shooting on Plushchikha Street Rasul Ochayev to three years and six months in a general regime colony. This was reported by a correspondent of "Izvestia" on December 24.

Ochayev was found guilty under paragraphs "e" and "z" of part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health, dangerous to human life, committed out of hooliganism, with the use of weapons"), paragraphs "a" and "c" of part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code ("Intentional infliction of minor harm to health, committed out of hooliganism, with the use of weapons"). The sentence has not entered into legal force.

The shooting took place in Moscow on Plushchikha Street on February 14. The Department of Internal Affairs of the Central District of the capital reported that during the registration of a traffic accident with minor mechanical damage there was a conflict between four citizens, both sides used their traumatic weapons, causing injuries to each other. As a result, three men sought medical attention with minor injuries, and another man was taken to the territorial unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The latter turned out to be Rasul Ochayev.

On February 15, it became known about the initiation of a criminal case on hooliganism on the fact of the incident. Ochayev, who shot at strange men, was detained.

On February 16, the Khamovnicheskiy court of Moscow took into custody the instigator of the shooting on Plushchikha Street.
