Ukrainian men with two children have started looking for single pregnant women on social networks in order to fictitiously become fathers of many children and avoid being drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported by the Ukrainian TV channel TSN.

He cited one such message, where the man wrote that he was looking for a single pregnant woman who would register the child on his surname. The fictitious father, in turn, will provide the woman with first aid, and then will faithfully pay alimony. For such an agreement Ukrainians are ready to pay women $1-2 thousand. Having received the status of a large child, the man can leave the country.

Lawyer and former Ukrainian investigator Roman Simutin in a conversation with TSN drew attention to the fact that law enforcement agencies may see in such paternity registration signs of evasion from mobilization. Nevertheless, if a person liable for military duty and the mother of the child will deny everything, it is extremely difficult to prove the corpus delicti.

Simutin pointed out that the crime will be considered complete if the evader submits information about such a fictitious third child to the territorial manning center (TCC, the analog of the military commission in Ukraine). Nevertheless, paternity can be proved or disproved only with the help of a DNA test, which can be taken from a person only on a voluntary basis.

The day before, on December 23, in the town of Beregovo in the Transcarpathian region in western Ukraine, women stood up for a conscript and started pushing military officers away from him and shouting at them. The conscript managed to escape, reports "Gazeta.Ru.".

In Odessa, December 22, a man tried to wrestle his son from the hands of military officers in the TCC, but they opened fire, and the father died on the spot. Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Artem Dmytruk noted that killings in TCC have become the norm.

Before that, on December 19, employees of the TCC in the Kiev region tried to gas a car in which there was a man subject to military duty. The military officers opened the door with their hands, started blowing gas, and then tried to set the car on fire. At the same time they were laughing.

Martial law in Ukraine has been in effect since February 2022. Then the President of the country Volodymyr Zelensky (powers expired in May) signed a decree on general mobilization. Later, the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly extended its effect. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are forbidden to leave the country. In April 2024, the head of the Kiev regime approved the law on tougher mobilization.
