One person died in a road accident on a highway in the Tyumen Region

The driver of a foreign car was involved in an accident while overtaking on a highway in the Tyumen Region. The man died.

The accident occurred on December 23 on the highway between Tyumen and Kurgan on the territory of Belozersky District. According to IA "Ura.ru", the 19-year-old driver of a Subaru car during the overtaking failed to cope with the control, as a result of which the foreign car flew out of the roadway and crashed into a tree.

The motorist died in hospital. His passenger was hospitalized. The accident is being investigated.

In the Krasnoyarsk region two trucks caught fire as a result of a collision with a passenger car on the Krasnoyarsk-Kansk highway. Traffic on the highway was blocked in both directions.
