In 2024, the majority of companies (63%) focus on increasing the payroll. This is stated in the results of the research of the services "Work.ru" and "SberPodbor", which were reviewed by "Izvestia" on December 25. More than 400 business representatives from all regions of Russia took part in it.

50% of organizations increased their budget for hiring and adaptation of new employees. One third of companies (34%) increased investments in marketing. Manufacturing also received an inflow of funds (28%). Investments in software amounted to 22%. At the same time, 19% spent more money this year on staff training and business trips, 16% - on corporate events and similar activities, 13% - on logistics, 9% - on renting equipment, premises and transportation, 9% - on participation in exhibitions and conferences. And only 13% of respondents shared that they did not increase their budget in 2024.

At the same time, speaking about saving money, 34% of respondents reported a reduction in spending on corporate events. Costs for renting equipment, premises and transportation, as well as for participation in exhibitions and conferences were reduced in 19% of companies. Investments in software were reduced in 16% of organizations, and recruitment and adaptation of personnel - in 13%. And only 50% of respondents noted that they did not save money this year.

Earlier, December 24, it was reported that Russian companies plan to actively invest in staff development next year. Thus, 33% of employers will increase spending on employee training, 54% will maintain budgets at the level of 2024, only 9% will reduce them. At the same time, only 4% of respondents do not plan to pay for employee training at the expense of the organization. This follows from the results of a survey by the Russian School of Management.
