Additional trains to the south of Russia introduced for New Year holidays


The North Caucasus Railway has appointed 32 additional pairs of long-distance trains to the direction of the Krasnodar Territory. They will run in the next three weeks, in peak transportation associated with the New Year and Christmas holidays.
IA KrasnodarMedia with reference to the press service of the Northern Railway writes that in the period from December 23 to January 13 trains will make 559 trips. This is 1.3 times more than in the same period a year ago. The largest influx of passengers is expected on December 27 and 28, as well as January 8 and 12.
For those who prefer ski vacations, two "Ski Arrows" are scheduled. We are talking about the night train Rostov-Glavny - Rosa Khutor and "Lastochka" Rostov-on-Don - Cherkessk. In addition, new trains have been formed on the tourist train "Sochi" from Tuapse to Gagra and on the commuter train on steam locomotive traction from Rostov-on-Don to Taganrog.
