Krasnoyarsk's main city clock changed its melody to New Year's tune

The main city clock in Krasnoyarsk has changed its tune. From Tuesday, December 24, they will play New Year songs. The repertoire includes "A Christmas tree was born in the forest", "Five minutes" from the movie "Carnival Night", "Waltz of Flowers" and "Dance of the Dragee Fairy" from the ballet "Nutcracker".

You can hear such music at 09:00, every hour from 13:00 to 19:00 until January 14. And on New Year's Eve the chimes and the anthem of Russia will sound on the main clock of the city.

The press service of the City Hall told IA KrasnoyarskMedia that such a tradition was introduced in 2023.

Earlier it was reported that in the Russian capital there is a festival "Winter in Moscow", within which residents and guests of the city can visit sites for communication, self-development and leisure. There is also an opportunity to help children in a difficult life situation. A charity event "Kind Christmas Tree" will be held, during which anyone who is not indifferent will be able to fulfill the wishes of children.
