In Moscow, preparations for the construction of the station "Strogino" of the Rublevo-Arkhangelsk subway line have begun. This was announced by the head of the capital department of transport and engineering infrastructure construction on December 23.
The station will be located on Strogino Boulevard parallel to the existing station of the same name of Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line. The two stations will be connected by an interchange, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".
It is planned to build the station with platforms of the coastal type, also two underground lobbies are provided, RT writes. Exits from the station will lead to Stroginsky Boulevard, ground transportation stops, to residential and public buildings. Also both lobbies will be equipped with elevators.
More than 3 thousand trees and bushes will be planted on the territory near the station at the final stage of works, reports "Moscow 24".
The new Rublevo-Arkhangelskaya line will run from the business center "Moscow City" to the Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye microdistrict beyond the Moscow Ring Road, writes NSN. The line will also improve transportation services for 800 thousand Muscovites, writes the website kp.ru.
In September it was reported that at the construction site of the future station "Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye" installed two mounting and shielding cameras on both sides of the future platform.
