- Russian military destroyed military equipment with "Lancets" and disrupted the rotation of AFU fighters

Servicemen of the Zapad group of forces using Lancet barrage munitions have destroyed military equipment and disrupted the rotation of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the zone of the special military operation (SMO). This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry on December 24.
"On the account of the calculations have already hit about 150 targets. These are mainly artillery installations. For "Lancet" there are no obstacles. You just need to know where to hit," said the commander of the reconnaissance-impact battery with the call sign Globus.
While on duty in one of the directions of the North Caucasus Military District, the operators of reconnaissance drones of the "West" group of forces detected the movement of AFU vehicles and armored vehicles. The coordinates of the enemy's unloading point were promptly transmitted to the control center. After that, the Lancet barrage munitions calculation quickly lifted them into the air and brought them to their targets.
The ZALA unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operators confirmed the successful engagement of the combat target and recorded the detonation of the munitions.
After completing the assigned mission, the group returned to the temporary deployment point without losses.
Earlier, on December 21, the Russian Armed Forces (AF) destroyed an AFU armored combat vehicle (ACV) by FPV drone in the border area of Kursk Region. Servicemen of the unit of the "North" group of troops detected the enemy combat vehicle near a populated area in the region.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
