In the Tula region in 2025, five stadiums built in Soviet times will be renovated. The regional government reports about it on Monday, December 23.
Comprehensive renovation, which includes overhaul of the sports core and the adjacent territory, will take place at the stadiums "Yunost" in Kireevsk, youth sports school "Arsenal" in Tula, "Khimik" in Novomoskovsk, as well as at the stadiums in Kimovsk and Yasnogorsk.
A total of 200 million rubles is envisaged for stadium renovation. The funds will be allocated as part of the "Our District" program, TSN24 reports.
It is planned to complete all the work in October 2025, so that from 2026 the stadiums could be used for sports all year round.
