Almost every fifth (18.5%) regional buyer of real estate in Moscow would like to live in the Sokolniki district. Among the leaders are also Ostankinsky (16.2%) and Maryino (14.7%). This is stated in the research results of the analytical center of the company STONE, with which "Izvestia" got acquainted on December 23.

Also, buyers often choose Kuzminki (13.2%), including because of livability, proximity to the subway and the presence of park areas. Similar preferences were shown for Strogino (11%), located on the bank of the Moskva River.

Proximity to universities was also among the priorities: the Academic district (9.6%) attracted the attention of parents of university entrants. Some buyers focused on specific needs: Aeroport (8.8%) is interesting due to its proximity to air transportation, and Khoroshevo-Mnevniki (7.4%) is attracted by the combination of park areas and embankments. Otradnoe (6.6%) and Chertanovo Tsentralnoe (5.9%) complete the list, demonstrating the demand for areas with established infrastructure and relatively affordable housing.

At the same time, experts found out that buyers from the Central Federal District, in addition to park areas, pay attention to the central districts of the capital - Tverskaya, Presnensky and historical Zamoskvorechye. Residents of the Northwestern Federal District are also interested in prestigious Khamovniki and picturesque Strogino on the banks of the Moskva River. For residents of the Volga region, affordable prices and good transportation accessibility are important, so they consider Maryino, Kuzminki and Otradnoye. The Urals, focusing on investments, choose Presnensky and Basmanny districts, as well as Akademichesky.

Siberians prefer Strogino and Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, located near the water, as well as the park areas of Sokolniki and Ostankino districts. Residents of southern Russia are interested in areas with developed infrastructure and affordable prices, such as Chertanovo Tsentralnoe and Akademichesky, and often buy housing in Maryino and Kuzminki.

Commuters from the Far Eastern District emphasize the Airport district for the convenience of flights, but also attractive for investment Presnensky district, and also choose Sokolniki. Residents of the North Caucasus District prefer Tagansky and Meshchansky districts with developed trade.

"The results of our research show that buyers from the regions purchase apartments in Moscow both for living and for investment, and they are attracted not only to the central, but also to more remote districts with good ecology and developed infrastructure. The leading position among buyers from the regions is occupied by Sokolniki district, which is suitable for choosing apartments as an investment - in this case we recommend to choose in favor of projects at a low stage of construction readiness and with a high potential for price growth," said Christina Nedrya, Director of Commercial Department of STONE.

Earlier, December 19, it was reported that this year the supply of new buildings in the "old" Moscow increased by 7%. At the same time in the city most significantly increased prices in the Central Administrative District - by 25%, follows from the data of the company "Metrium".
